I am Ellie Hyvonen, a passionate life and health coach for women who feel good on paper but exhausted inside.

Today, when I look at my life, it’s almost unrecognizable compared to where I once was. In college, I walked through a season of profound physical and emotional sickness. While there were real underlying health conditions, I was also carrying crippling perfectionism, emotional eating in response to life stress, and a level of burnout I refused to acknowledge.

Life doesn’t look like that anymore. Healing came through consistent, small changes—habits that slowly reshaped my beliefs and allowed me to finally align who I was on the inside with how I lived on the outside. It was in the lowest moments that the greatest transformation became possible.

 As was my story, I find that a lot of us are living two lives. We have some beliefs that are not serving us. Some of those beliefs were built into us through past experiences and people, and then we create experiences from those beliefs. The experiences confirm the beliefs and the pattern continues even though we do not realize. It might just be a sleep pattern or a nourishment pattern or maybe it is a deep belief about our body. That is why I go back to those basic principles about how we are nourishing ourselves, moving, and resting and create sustainable habits in these areas so that we can navigate our life decisions with clarity and purpose. My coaching is all about making habit change at the level of identity!  

Personally, I believe in coaching so much that I have had my own coach for years. I love having someone hold me accountable to a bigger vision and believe in me. I am dedicated to doing the same for you! Together, we will cultivate sustainable habits that empower you to thrive!

Who are my ideal clients?

My clients are often driven, high-achieving, women navigating life transitions—usually high-achieving students or young moms and busy career workers navigating life transitions or feeling of instability. These women often struggle with energy dips at certain parts of the day and overwhelm in moments of decisions which leads them to feel like they have it altogether on the outside, but feel disconnected inside.  It is never to late to start a journey to wholeness.
